Aleph Farms is a cell based meat company, focused on steak production. They were founded as part of Israeli food-tech incubator, The Kitchen, owned by Strauss Group Ltd STRS (TLV). Aleph farms has a proprietary technology, co-developed with Professor Shulamit Levenberg of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology that relies on the natural process of cellular regeneration occurring in cows to build three dimensional tissues.
