Avansya is a 50:50 joint venture partnership between Cargill and Royal DSM, headquartered at the Biotech Campus Delft (Netherlands) with a fermentation facility in Blair, Nebraska (USA). Avansya produces steviol glycosides Reb M and Reb D through cellular fermentation and sold under the EverSweet™ brand. DSM brings a biotech and fermentation know-how with expertise in strain development while Cargill is a leader in the sweetener market and has large scale fermentation capacity.
