Evolva uses microbial engineering and cellular fermentation technologies to produce human health supplements, flavors & fragrances and sweeteners. Evolva products include include stevia, vanilla, saffron and resveratrol. As well as developing its own proprietary ingredients, Evolva also deploys its technology for partners, providing them with access to high end ingredient formulations at lower costs. One example of this partnership is with Cargill for the production of Reb M and Reb D steviol glycosides under the brand name EverSweet™. Under the agreement Evolva receives a mid-single-digit royalty on EverSweet™ sales.
