Genscript is a US-Chinese company with headquarters in New Jersey, mainland China, and Hong Kong. Genscript provides a wide range of products for recombinant protein technology, including gene synthesis as well as bio-pharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing. In 2019, Genscript opened up a drug manufacturing facility in China that will output commercial products for application in cell and gene therapies. This manufacturing center in Zhenjiang is expected to become China’s first and largest commercial center specializing in the research and development of cell and gene therapies as well as antibody biological medicines.
