Ospin develops modular platform bioreactors for cell based meat companies. Ospin works with companies in the R&D stage to develop bioreactors that are unique to specific cell culture bioprocesses, which are then capable of scaling to industrial production levels. The bioreactors are integrated with cloud based tools to automate production at commercial scale. Dr. Nina Buffi, CTO of Ospin presented at the New Harvest 2019 conference and confirmed the company has sold three bioreactors to cell based meat companies to date (Buffi did not disclose the names of the companies).
